CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER – Moche Hazout
The founder, Moche Hazout, has more than 20 years of management experience in the window and door industry.
After completing his military service as a captain combat engineer, he came across the window and door business in 1998. Mr. Hazout started as an installer and quickly learned the business from the bottom up. He recruited and trained additional employees, growing the business and providing a full-service experience including design, engineering, permitting, and installation services.
Mr. Hazout established relationships with many leading manufactures, offering a selection of products that were able to meet the unique demands of any type of project. His company quickly became one of the leading full-service window and door suppliers in Florida.
In 2008, Mr. Hazout sold his first company, and in 2016 he sold his second company for several million dollars.
He then joined Transworld Business Advisors, a United Franchise Group Company, and became a certified business broker. As a business broker, he learned about the intricacies of the franchise world, and he saw a great potential to use his vast expeience in the window and door industry to build a powerful franchise opportunity.
Now, his goal is to help other entrepreneurs to create a successful franchise using the Shield Building Products model.
CHIEF LEGAL CONSULTANT – Alisa Lebensohn, Esq
Ms. Lebensohn has served as our Chief Legal Consultant since August 2019. Since 1994, she has been the owner of Lebensohn Law, P.A. operating in New York and Florida.
CHIEF CONTROLLER – Robert J. McClernon, CPA
Mr. McClernon has served as our Chief Controller since August 2019. Since 2000, he has owned and operated his own CPA firm, Robert J. McClernon, CPA PA, in South Florida. Mr. McClernon is a Certified Public Accountant.
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND SPECIAL PROJECTS – Keren Hazout
Mrs. Hazout has served as our Director of Marketing and Special Projects since August 2019. Before joining Shield, she was Co-Founder of Alpha Windows and Doors from 2010 to 2016 and Ocean View Windows and Doors from 2003 to 2008 in Pompano Beach, Florida.
DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY – Amir Sachs
Mr. Sachs has been managing our Online Software & Digital Team since September 2019. Mr. Sachs is the founder of multiple technology companies, including Blue Light IT in Boca Raton, Florida and That’s IT in Cape Town, South Africa.
DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER – David Shnader
Mr. Shnader has been our Digital Marketing Manager and software engineer since September 2019. He is also the founder of CRM Runner since 2015 as well as the founder and CEO of POGO Security since 2013, based in Davie, Florida.
DIRECTOR OF TRAINING – Dr. Ruhama Hazout, Psy.D:
Dr. Hazout joined Shield as Director of Training in August 2019. Since 2014, Dr. Hazout served as a Psychologist for Veterans Affairs of Palm Beach, Florida. Additionally, since June 2013, Dr. Hazout has served as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with the Department of Veteran Affairs in West Palm Beach, Florida. From January 2011 to March 2019, she has served as an adjunct professor at Argosy University in Florida.
GENERAL MANAGER – Kathy Johnston
Mrs. Johnston has served as our General Manager since August 2019. Mrs. Johnston has more than 10 years of experience in the window and door industry. A graduate of University of Phoenix, Mrs. Johnston holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Service Management.
